This page is where I will be posting any projects I complete in class. People can view my work I complete. My teacher can also view my page at any time to grade my work. As the year goes on more projects will be stored in my gallery.
This is my creative jurassic park parody. I created this image using photoshop. My background image came from the jurassic park movie and I inserted the picture of the foot to make it look as if the foot was crushing the car.
My tessellation is a rotation, I used complementary colors to complete the task. I created my tessellation by applying a transformation and rotating my original piece. I made the pieces fit together.
This is my recreation of a Van Gogh painting. I used different texture brushes to recreate this image. I also incorporated the usage of the smudge tool to give off a better effect. I changed the spacing of the brushes to create the clouds and some of the sky. I used some black paint to give off a darker image on the picture. My sky includes little swirls to create wind. My grass was created by using a texture brush that looked like patches in some areas. The smudge tool was also used in the grass.
To create my mixed beast assignment I used a lions body with a seals nose, bird wings, and a lizards tail. I used these parts to make my animal more believable. I used the magnetic lasso to cut out each body part I used. With the help of the blur and smudge tool I got rid of rough edges. I used a photo filter on the wings to transform the color from blue to brown. I also removed a rock that was in the background of the picture with the clone stamp tool.
Our game is called "Squirrel City." Squirrel City is about a squirrel who is trying to cross the street while collecting nuts for points. Using the arrow keys on the keyboard you can move the squirrel in all directions in order for it to avoid getting hit by cars. In the end to beat the game your squirrel must fight an enemy squirrel and defeat it. Failure to defeat it will lead to the game being over and you loosing.
My Phenakistoscope
This is my phenakistoscope of a fish jumping out of water. In the beginning the fish is not present but you can see it coming out of the water.
